How it works?
Appli pricing is tier-based—no revenue sharing or per-app fees. Develop on macOS or Windows 10/11, and deploy to iOS, Android, macOS (Intel & Apple Silicon), and Windows 10/11.
Flexible Deployment: Instantly Share or Go Native
Use the Appli Player to share and run your software instantly—no developer account needed.
Build native executables (coming soon) to publish standalone apps. This will require a developer account for submission to app stores.
FAQs
Does it cost more to get apps on your phone?
No. The powerful Appli Player allows anyone to distribute their apps without knowing anything about code-signing, dealing with the complexity of each App Store, and having a developer account.
What if I want to launch on the App Store on Google Play
Until our executable building feature is completed, we will happily build it for you. You will need a developer account for the App Store you intend to use.
Is it available in my country?
Appli is available globally; we have a number of datacenters available so you have control over where to base your Appli account, including in San Francisco, New York, Toronto, London, and Johannesburg.
If I close my account do my apps stop working?
You have two options when closing your account.
Option 1 is to delete your account and associated data, including your apps.
Option 2 is to engage a data-only plan, allowing your apps to continue to work. You cannot modify or create apps while in this data-only plan. Feel free to come back to a full plan anytime to work on your apps.
Can you use the LiveCode language in Appli?
Yes! Our built-in script editor allows you to create your own functions and commands. The scripts integrate seamlessly with our low-code actions editor.
Do my apps require the internet to run?
No. Your apps are always local to the device. Your data can be either local, cloud, or hybrid (both). The internet is required if your app only uses cloud data or your user wants to get an updated version of your app.
Can I build standalone executables?
Soon, you can choose between Appli Player or Standalone executables to deploy your apps. This feature will require an appropriate developer account to submit to the various app stores.
Do you have a feature to build reports?
Yes, we have twenty-five actions available that cover everything you need, such as creating, setting up, sorting, navigating, and printing.
Are there limits to how many users can run my apps?
No. Appli apps scale well because the logic is client-side. Leverage powerful mobile devices and desktops to enjoy faster app loading, local database actions, and computation. We save the initial serving of your app, updates, and off-device data to the cloud. This design allows us to offer incredible scaling of users to run your app.
How is responsive design managed in Appli?
Responsive design is WYSIWYG in Appli. Your apps automatically hold their place as you designed them. The elements will automatically scale up or down and adjust to different aspect ratios. You have complete control over the result and can fine-tune it as needed.
